2How points are earned
On pokies, every $1 staked earns 1 point. On live, card, roulette, mines, crash, craps, poker, scratch and other non-slot games, every $10 staked earns 1 point.
Everyone starts at level 1. The next level is reached when points hit its threshold, and the reward is credited automatically (cash rewards from level 21 are handled by the VIP manager). Level-up rewards come with a minimum-loss condition of A$15 in the period shown in the profile.
3Weekly cashback by level
Cashback begins at 3% on level 6 and reaches 20% on level 30. It is calculated from the previous week's net loss and credited on Mondays.

Wagering for cash and spins is listed in the table, and spin value is set in euros or the equivalent. Cash rewards above level 20 are paid by the VIP manager, and level 30 adds a personal gift. A dash means that nothing is paid at that level.
5Weekly cashback
Cashback is open from level 6 to players with at least one successful deposit. It is credited on Mondays between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC, must be activated within three days, is valid for seven days and carries ×1 wagering.
The amount is a percentage of the net result for the period: deposits, minus the current balance, minus processed withdrawals, minus pending withdrawals. At least A$15 must have been lost over the last seven days. The weekly maximum depends on the level: A$75, A$225, A$750, A$1,500, A$3,750, A$7,500 or A$15,000.
6Rakeback
From level 16, 5% of the house edge on casino play is returned daily. It is credited automatically between 07:00 and 08:00 UTC once at least A$1.50 has accumulated, with ×1 wagering.
